Robert Glasper, a Grammy-nominated pianist and composer whose work crosses over into jazz, hip hop and rhythm & blues, is at Harvard University to discuss creativity and to perform, on Wednesday, October 3, 2012 at 3:00 p.m.
The event takes place at Farkas Hall Studio, 10-12 Holyoke Street in Harvard Square, Cambridge. Admission is free and open to the public. It's part of the Learning from Performers Series presented by Office of the Arts at Harvard. The Hip Hop Archives is also a sponsor.
Patrick Douthit, aka 9th Wonder, a record producer, DJ, lecturer and rapper, is moderating the discussion. Afterwards, Glasper will lead a clinic with Harvard music students.
